I have been in multiple markets over the past few years, meeting like-minded individuals who would love to partner up on real estate deals.

Then the furnace malfunctions and carbon monoxide leaks into the building, killing multiple people.

I picked up my real estate license to do my own trades and would highly recommend it once you start looking for multiple properties. 

For example I have found more than one site with multiple notes that predate the most recent transfer of the property--the borrower and the property owner do not match and in some cases the borrower has not owned the property for a couple of years. 

Somebody I know has a property that they've owned like 12 years and have never had a tenant stay for the full 12 month lease, and has several confrontations with multiple tenants there.  

Are there any banks that will allow me to close on multiple properties at once, or will i have to close each property individually?

Tenant pays and is able to use same application for multiple landlord applications.

That app allows you to download multiple episodes at a time, and then gives the option to hide the ones you have already listened to.Currently, our site does not offer this option for the blog, forums or podcasts.

My goals are to have multiple rentals (single and multifamily units) and also continue to flip properties.
