In this situation, I'm thinking that you buy the property (using whatever means) and the contractor rehabs the property for a percentage of the profit.A friend of mine was telling me that he knew someone who did this in Pennsylvania.

You can open up a LLC and partner with someone, giving them a percentage of profit when you sell.

For this run I set it on a certian zip code, percentage of equity, length of ownership 10 years or more.I could have gotten more names but I wanted the ones with equity.To solidify the reasoning of this zip code it has had the most sales in our area for the last 90 days almost 2 to 1.
