The issue with financing is I have a tax lien due to my taxes being filed improperly.

(About $1500 over her deductible because she wouldn’t file a police report.)Paying that $4k out of pocket has saved me at least $20k in premiums. 

Her mom did not put her daughter on the deed before her passing, now a claim has been filed against her mother’s estate.

We are new to Canada and extremely worried about having a thin credit file in Canada.

We have thought about going to a digital key pad but are not sure about batteries dying and the fact we would still need to catalog all the keys to these pads.There are so many factors I am hoping to gain helpful insight from some of you who may have already solved this issue.Thanks!

We can also close faster in under 15 days if needed and 20 on average with less hands on the file because we approve, underwrite and fund the loan in house!
