I am drafting a grant deed to be signed but, I am not sure what other forms I need to submit to make sure everything is ok.

So if there is such an amendment restricting rentals, the board would not be able to grant exemptions unless the amendment specifically states they have the power to do so since it represents the desire of the owners at the time it was implemented.

It means a lot to have local investors stopping in to say hello and grant some wisdom.

Explain you are raising the rent, ask about any deferred maintenance, see if they have any special requests, and grant them.

Granted there is some remodeling and work to be done but nothing too major.  

Just because someone says there's one, doesn't mean there really is, or that its legal.There was also a lot of illegal certs granted in the early 90s that come back to haunt owners now.

Other areas, such as the Lower West Side, Grant-Ferry, or West Side, are hot and growing.
