Contact a local realtor and PM to find out what they they the property could rent for, where the good schools are, population size of city and county.4. 

Lucky me, I found a great opportunity from a colleague of mine who I attended MBA school with.

We grew up near Cleveland, went to school near Dayton, and have friends/family in Columbus.

I am currently in the process of learning all that I can about real estate, and a partner and I plan on entering the space after we graduate.

I only saw one person wearing a mask (the wrong kind and incorrectly) and I went to 5 stores.Our gov has prohibited events of 250 or bigger and I think he is going to close all public schools in the 3 affected counties.
