The tenants do turnover more frequently than single family tenants but all in all your ROI should be higher with the 2-4 units than it will be with the single family homes.

If they were able to make a highest and best call within that short period of time, they are quick to make decisions.To answer your question, if the H&B was advertised they cannot legally accept any offers after....unless they are a fan of litigation.
