The main players in this space are Guidance Residential and UIF, but it turns out that they may just be purchasing a Freddie/Fannie loan on the back end to finance the deal and then structure it differently for the buyer - which isn't in accordance with their religious rules.

From what I've been reading, it sounds like this is the time to change to copper piping but it sounds like it will cost a lot and take some time to complete.

I am in the process of settlement on my 1st property in 1 week. i have a 5% down conv loan thru a credit union bank. this a duplex and is a row house. i plan to live in one unit and rent out the other. the seller is also selling the duplex property next to it.

Borrowers need to have 9 Months' P&I worth of liquidity (cash / stocks / bonds / crypto / etc), and 100% net worth relative to the loan amount.
