@Theo HicksI'm not the expert on mortgages, but here is what I understand.1) You will need a history of landlording for a lender that is using a conforming loan (ie conventional).  

Any Probate experts out there that have experienced this situation?  

I suspect there is an easy work around but being novices, I wanted to ask the experts......
