Until I get the skin I put into this  from this house selling, I'm using the time to tweak this out.

While the buyer would ultimately be getting commercial financing, using rent credits will still cause additional work on the appraisal, meaning more money and evaluating the skin in the game.

He has just about bled her dry, and she wants him out. 

Mark:If there is an occupied heated unit below this one and the unit has been properly winterized (supply lines drained, antifreeze in traps, etc), there should be minimal chance of plumbing issues (other than dried out seals in a few faucets and the flapper in the toilet).  

So one of the worst places in the floor I tore up and it had some green and black mold on the bottom of the flooring and some on the sub floor, but the floor was dry. 

My particular question today is regarding a wet crawl space.I'm north of Seattle so this is a wet climate, but the summers are dry.  

Or perhaps they have a total pain the rear, that is bleeding them dry.

My heart was racing my vision was expanding I felt like I was going to jump out of my skin.

Did the old one dry up, was the water nasty?
