Currently, I'm focusing on building capital, saving, and investing to have more cash on hand until my next project, so for now, I'm simply educating myself on tax codes, financial investing, syndications, accounting, and creative ways to get involved in real estate investing. 

But if you have a good relationship with a bank, they may be willing to wave such a seasoning requirement to just as soon as the property is rehabbed and rented (we have a few that are willing to do this).

Using your dates for context in 2018 I wouldn't have been able to build $550,000 condos in the neighborhood but the existing housing stock continued to appreciate and reached a point where it finally made sense to build ground up condos at that price point.

I will be doing this repeatedly to build my list of investment properties.

Yes because it's tough to make buildings cashflow right now, so all syndicators have to pitch is future appreciation.
