The Association applied my payments for the HOA to water since it is all together and now my account is a complete mess.

@Travis StaffordKeep in mind that litigation against the condo association can have drastic consequences when it comes to financing in the community.

There are tons of tax benefits associated with MFR and you can save tons throughout your investing career. 

I can probably cut windows on the back of the bedrooms and get some light in via windows from the porch/staircase...but not an ideal solution.This being a foreclosure the bank is not going to provide survey, so I am ordering survey.
