With that said, be careful with the idea of hiring 3rd party management if you have a park that will require heavy lifting. 3rd party managers can be effective on a stabilized park, but if you have a value-add park, and you expect them to oversee major capital improvements, move homes into the park, manage renovations of homes, market and sell homes, etc, you'll be setting yourself up for disappointment.
