Can anyone share their first time story?

I intend to gradually develop the park by acquiring used mobile homes for around $10,000 each, relocating them to the site, and performing minor renovations.To make the venture sustainable, I'm considering implementing a rent-to-own model, with the ultimate goal of transitioning to a Tenant Owned Homes (TOHs) setup with $300 lot rent.

This is mainly because they are not going to like tenants you select to live with them, in their home and share their yard.

BG cost per foot is high to build vs Franklin  (labor and lot cost) and BG has it's share of New construction sitting not going anywhere also.

There will also be lots of “layering” between carriers where they share the risk which is something that’s been done on the commercial side for a long time now.  

Their expertise has value, they now have good skin in the game, and they will/should agree to share their thought process when they say "that's a good idea" or "that's a stupid idea."
