What rights do I have as the owner/landlord to move this along if they are in fact not out by EOD?

@Kenneth Willis I can probably help.How many lots, what is the lot rent, how many are occupied, what is the source of utilities and who pays the utilities?

Can't speak to the organization in Michigan but generally the benefits of a well run STRA far outweigh the costs.I am a property manager in Hawaii so we are constantly being hit with new anti-STR legislation and have a large, well-funded hotel lobby to deal with constantly.

And definitely go to Goodwill for all your kitchen utensils and small appliances, you'll save a fortune if you do that. 

Where abouts are you looking at to invest?

Mixed-use zoning has been a goldmine for many of my clients, particularly those who started with owner-occupied properties and later transitioned them to full commercial use. 

It’s definitely a possibility.  

Are there any investors out there?

My partner and I just purchased a house in Feb and are renting out the majority of the home.
