Hi @Joshua Awodele, you're right that you could probably build more units, the key is how many more (make sure you following the design standards), and the cash flow timing. 

Putting dog faces overlapping a human one and having an app do design for you are more like apples and avocados. 

The intended design is a modification of a "Katrina Cottage," small and space-efficient.

There are definately laws on the books that are designed to protect renters, but ultimately when you own a property, you can rent to whom ever you want kick out whom ever you want, and raise rents whenever you want.

What you really want to focus on is universal design if you plan on remodeling with accessibility in mind.

The disadvantage will depend on you, so I'll mention a few here.It wasn't necessarily designed for rental property owners, so there will be some learning curve.
