Thanks for basically closing down my Company for the day and wasting ½ of my day over 2 words on a flyer.

I just tried to force the numbers on a rehab that sat for 3 months longer than i thought it would, then it appraised like 5k short, so i might have broke even, but long story shot, i forced the numbers and it basically just wasted alot of my time

Years ago it was a great place to advertise anything, mostly cars, trucks, etc... but be careful on Real Estate, you can spend alot of time answering questions to people who are just out to get your information or have nothing else to do but waste your tme...

I think going door to door is a waste of time and energy.

The general agent mindset is that if buyer's dont sign, dont waste the time.My though is that this shouldn't apply to me.
