I just tried to force the numbers on a rehab that sat for 3 months longer than i thought it would, then it appraised like 5k short, so i might have broke even, but long story shot, i forced the numbers and it basically just wasted alot of my time

Years ago it was a great place to advertise anything, mostly cars, trucks, etc... but be careful on Real Estate, you can spend alot of time answering questions to people who are just out to get your information or have nothing else to do but waste your tme...

Over the past 10 years of investing in Real Estate I have gotten more and more frustrated with the utility bills and waste generated from the tenants in my buildings.I have since worked closely with a micro wind-turbine manufacturer out of California and have really concentrated on making the idea of having GREEN power & GREEN reuse on my buildings a reality.Well, about 4 months ago, I joined an idea competition on a website called IDEABLOB, hosted by a credit card company.
