Any tips.  

I'm going to check out the property right now to see if there's a clean out.I just received another email from the closing agent saying that I should check with the Township to see if a dye test is necessary for resale (I don't think it is).They also just now told me that a video sewer inspection is required for tax certification which, again, I'm unsure is necessary or even possible.

@Anita Fofie I can't guarantee you that these tips will get your property sold, but at least it will give you more options.1) I know you have negotiated the price of the property down, but have you negotiated any terms?

Do any buy and hold investors have tips on choosing aa good area to start buying multi units? 

We only been to one meeting so far but I've been watching some of the videos and using the Facebook page.

We are currently finishing out his career in Montana so I'm doing all of this long distance at the moment (within traveling distance though) so any tips on doing all this from out of state are greatly appreciated!
