I use a professional to stage all my properties selling retail. (1500-2000)Just some things to consider to budget for when crunching your numbers. 

As someone with a great credit score and history, but self employed for many years, I am limited in the types of financing available at my stage of investing.

My something was being broken into and having copper stolen, having to replace some new drywall and carpeting in my finished basement due to the broken copper, having the furnace go out 3 days before it was getting staged.

I am only at the stage of trying to educate myself. in whole selling right now, but I found a website that says they connect whole sellers with buyers and that they buy properties too.

Hi Austinites,I am 40 and finally at the stage of my life where i want to buy SF homes to diversify my savings.  

I am at the stage now where I am running multiple companies, and I have to just do a better job at allocating my time more efficiently.

I'm only in the beginning stage of my plan and I know this stage will be slower until I can build more momentum.
