The real test is whether you take what you learned and make any money with it.A few of the successful posters here actually started out with one or another guru's tapes (usually bought used on ebay for low money).

Shut water valve off, flush toilet, take a baster or a sponge and remove the excess water, unscrew hose and valve, replace with new valve, screw the hose back on, turn water valve back on, make adjustment to flapper if necessary, test and your done.You should be able to do in 15 minutes.

I used to use an 800# for all my ads - then I got tired of paying for it :)I did a test for myself and found it really doesn't matter - the call volume didn't go down at all when I swithced to a regular number.When I started doing homes out of the local area / different states I thought about it again but never got around to it - and I get plenty of calls.I think cell phones have really changed that world - long distance is really something only us old timers think about :)

Like North Korea not submitting to the U.N. about ceasing nuclear testing...thats right NUCLEAR testing WHILE stating that they will "wipe America of the map" How about a little preemptive war for that, theres no "possibility" of WMD's, they agree whole heartedly that they have them...Castro is still in power...the Mexican border is a massacre on a regular basis with drug lords shuttling drugs into America...yup that one directly effects us too...Again, I cant thank the military enough for being able to do what they do, my 21 year old brother is a Marine in the middle east,...but what is the government of 4236 families thanking them for?
