Different banks and lenders have different "sweet spots" of the type of loans they like to do.

I took that sledge hammer and yelled at  Dixie (my super sexy sweet female partner): " Where is my food woman" and punched an angry hole in the wall.

So when I was asking about costs for set ups of utilities to land, like you used to do, I was thinking of the rental of tiny home trailer set up here in Southern California Temecula wine country.

It looks like a pretty sweet deal.

I would purchase 3 value add SFR (distressed, off market what have you) for about 1.65 million (550k each which is my sweet spot). 

If it is a normal wining bid as to how you acquired the tax deed then you also  have other rights at the time.
