I would suggest you call a few brokers and see what kind of fees they charge and if they expect you to sell a certain amount of properties a month.

It seems to be a self standing structure that will be standing inside the garage.  

I love the bathroom standing in front of the mirror selfies, if they show me how the bath tub or sink are maintained.

All I'm suggesting is that your responses aren't effective and they don't add any value.
