I'm thinking maybe cast iron boiler would be less expensive and simpler to maintain?

. :)  I lived in an unincorporated area, so the HOA maintained the community playground. 

The average person starting out has very few assets to protect and it's really expensive to set up and maintain those entities.   

I'm currently on week three of studying for real estate investing and it's starting to really grow on me.
