Property prices are very low relative to Ontario and am curious if this would be a good first entry level market to invest in with the hopes of high cash-flow and a long term hold strategy.

I've shown about 3 dozen properties just this month and about 10% were actually in good shape and had offerings that went above what you could get at any local hotel.
