There are plenty of good ones on here, but I have been with @Joshua Jones since I started and he has been awesome. 

I started him on a short lease of 3 months, and ended up not renewing, but lost 3 other tenants as a result. 

It can feel overwhelming, and you might not know where to start just yet.

While I have sufficient liquid cash on hand, I prefer to maintain liquidity as I'm actively seeking my next deal.

Bigger Pockets seems to be the best place to start! 

Just curious, I am just starting out in the Airbnb venture.
