However, what I plan to do is to optimize cashflowing REI to speed up early retirement plan by 20-30 yrs.  

Areas like sports city and dubai land and remote are still far from completion and with the speed I reckon it will take them by 2020.

Getting the snowball rolling is the hard part, but once you do get it going it starts to pick up speed... at least that is my thought on the subject.  

I got a speeding ticket back in 2007 right before I deployed to Iraq.

Me being a HML I was not really up to speed with TILA and all those government alphabet terms..

And, it's going to be difficult to get up to speed in a reasonable timeframe. 

Michael, I believe that the speed to full time is based on each person's drive and desire to do so.

Upgrading the building to first class living space with amenities such as super high speed internet, (Fiber optics), state of the art security surveillance system, etc.I would fence the whole compund and have a pedestrian bridge built overpassing the street, from the college grounds directly into the compound area.

Pretty interesting tech, I am pretty sure it will come to use one day, for now I am not that confident in speed.

The speed of implementation and taking action without over thinking everything has been a big key to my success this year.
