Colorado Rocky Mountain Resorts is the name I've been given by a realtor in Breck thus far.My eventual goal is to have an investment rental property condo in Breckenridge, CO as well as Hilton Head Island, SC, and between the both of them not only break even but hopefully turn a net profit.

I highly recommend visiting crab Island when you get a chance. 

As for the highest grossing oceanfront vacation rental I've seen, it would be a 5 bedroom beachfront single family home with 4000+ square feet, located in Pointe West, Galveston’s sought after resort community on the Island’s West End that grossed over $250k last year, thanks to its unique amenities and excellent management.

The key for me in this deal (the thing that made it a deal, really) is that it's an area of Okaloosa Island where many were ignoring the potential.

So if the deal is $1M, and 20% is land value, the rule of thumb is that I could get roughly 40% of $800k ($320k) as an active loss? 

Since we are talking about SALES TRAINING, I was trained by 3 different companies in insurance and mutual funds, one was a top Fortune 50 company, we had go through the ringer in sales training on the phone to consumers and business owners, in the "bull pen", it was murder, sticking to a script, with some "manager" breathing down my neck.My mantra was, "well if I can excell at Parris Island SC in Marine Corps bootcamp, I can handlle some friggin sales training and huge rejection!"
