I just started a real estate brokerage and am looking into how to syndicate my listings to multiple websites in the best fashion.SellPoint costs money, but I remembered about a year or so ago signing up for a free acount (I think it's good for 2 years).Any feedback on this?

Are these contracts for wholesaling a standard form available from a state website, or do you have to get your own contract created through a lawyer tailored to each specific deal?

Many of these post their REO properties on their web sites, and you can deal directly with a bank employee.

Zillow, Realtytrac and some of the other websites pull from public record just like MLS.

I gave them the option to select anywhere within that range given their expertise and knowledge of the market.I was told that they chose to start with the higher end of the range since the property showed so well.

Dont mean to hijack the thread but its hard to get an idea about the REI Clubs in houston from the website.
