Hello BP Family,Does anyone in the group have experience building or living in these super cool  "Tiny Homes"I'm brainstorming a strategy for 2016 and looking for some feedback on the subject. 

The homeowner either gets super anxious about losing his house or he simply resigns himself to his fate.

Not saying it's super fiscally responsible but it worked for me!

It is right by a college and I was wondering if buying it, rehabbing it, and then splitting them all into their own condo wouldn't be super profitable...especially with how I hear more and more about parents buying properties near their kid's schools and renting them to their kid's friends instead of paying the crazy campus living expenses. 

It’s owned by the daughter of the recently deceased mom and she is a super busy attorney who lives in Maine.

The realtor has held an Open House, we've dropped the price twice already, in the description we say that we are super motivated, so people know I am negotiable but still nothing! 

I used smart move for our tenant screening and it was super easy for me as well.

All this conversation and nobody has asked the obvious but super important question, so I will: What are the comps? 

It says wet look, but after a week or two of foot traffic it will have a nice sheen to it but won't be super shiny and slick.  

Rents on a 2 bedroom small house will hit 1300-1500 if it's fairly nice...but it's tricky because most of these areas aren't super nice.
