That's just ridiculous. 

I do agree most new wholesalers are terrible at values as they have not done their homework and/or simply do not mind lying to their audience with hopes of making more profit.As to being absolutely annoyed by wholesalers making ridiculous offers I agree many wholesalers and especially their overseas virtual assistants are a pain in the keester and are time wasters. 

Granted, there are other states that cash flow better, and New Jersey's is a little bit tougher because of our ridiculous property taxes, but if you do your planning ahead of time, there's no reason you can't make money.

We have ridiculously low inventory, high demand and a growing economy.  

And TD's mortgage process is ridiculously awful.

Why would I openly subject myself to ridicule from you or your company (I thought I was following rule 6 of bigger pockets).

@James DenonProperty management companies in my city seemed ... rude and not a fair partnership (for me). 10% gross rent fee, plus 1 full month commission, plus hidden fees, plus ridiculous 'escrow' requirements for each unit, plus a REQUIREMENT that you do a 1 year lease every time.

Quite ridiculous IMHO.

We don't have 3 kids, but we have 2.Brandon's assumptions of what life costs were ridiculous, and he forgot a little thing called CapEx.
