I'd rather use a reputable Skip-Tracing site along with REIpro....I'm new to Real Estate investing as-well..having Had any contracts yet.

If you're going to continue to seek properties in Maine, I'd suggest making a note to check their website every so often.

After looking at the tax assessor's website, I see that the owner bought the property in 2014 for $110K (although he did say he totally upgraded the place after buying it). 

I believe they have a subscription system however from what I recall it's a little bit expensive and is not very user friendly.You can pull the public data from the various websites and then go and extrapolate everything, but unless you've got a pretty good programmer who can build out some engines to go scrape everything you will end up doing a lot of that mining manually.

My major concerns are the ability to intergrate with a website, robust reporting, great customer usability.

I have been listening to Bigger Pockets podcast and reading blog posts on the website for well over a year and really want to engage in the Bigger Pockets community more intentionally!

Was wondering if anyone knows of any good resources (books, websites, podcasts, etc.) that go more in depth on the different types of financing and their requirements.

What website or resource can I use to look this information up?

Would love to get connected with a reputable, trustworthy agent or investor in the area who knows which neighborhoods to target.  

HOA, like in most oceanfront complexes in Hallandale Beach only allows to rent once a year, which is why we have to stick to long term only. the property is on zillow and similar websites, perhaps its time to put it on facebook too.
