Plans are:Replace flooring with tile throughout.Rehab bathrooms replace vanities and massive cleaning where needed we will try to salvage tile on icky shower.

any buyer worth their salt doing due diligence runs the property address through some sorta RE search engine (realtor.com, redfin or.. if an agent, the mls) to see if its listed.

Hasn't steered me wrong in anything, whether it be real estate or car repairs (specifically Jiffy Lube trying to charge me $60 for $20 worth of filters I can get on Amazon and replace myself).EDIT: That said, $197 really isn't a lot.

For example, I almost always tear out carpet and replace with tile or trafficmaster, so my flooring costs are often higher than other landlords (at least initially).

Construction type is "steel house", which means steel studs with shed type enclosing, and I understood that the sellers built the house themselves, probably with one of those pre-engineered kits, which may explain the initial N/A (not applicable) in the oldest sales history entry.
