Anyone have a good, reliable service or strategy for getting lists of pre-foreclosures in the Houston area?

They took a bucket of soapy water with some mildew remover solution and the siding looks brand new - no painting or replacement needed.

Portfolio lenders can use discretion, so they can offer more custom solutions and products.  

Easiest solution to that is to not take a security deposit and instead take a non-refundable move-in fee.
