While possible, it's not practical to manage from that far away.

Tons of practical advice that you didn't learn in school. 

There is generally less oversight/regulation with private lenders than exists with banks.

I realize there are city and zoning regulations, permits, converting the hvac systems/water meters/electrical panels, etc.

I like how it gave you a few things to just start practicing a few times a day.

Not only that, but I have worked with clients who have lost thousands of dollars on damages and not being familiar with the claims systems or city regulations.

Lawyers and others can all add up so check out how others have put together videos and reg CF pages I recommend you start small first so you get everything set up under a smaller CF regulation before spending Big on a Reg A or Reg D corp. here's MSB.AI an artificial Intelligence company I've helped with for the last two years.

I would love to manage the property myself & for the first couple of homes but it is just not practical for my situation.
