A buyer will not (I repeat) have any idea where to go for a contract or how to get a copy of one to even amend...so help them get to the information as much as possible.

If you are not comfortable estimating those yourself, then I would recommend getting atleast two contractors to bid the repairs.

Maybe its just my area or maybe its because I widdle down my contractors so much.Now the drama you do see I would say is only half of it.
