Hi All, Does anyone have suggestions as to the best Commercial Real Estate Investing Course(s)?

My name is Pete and I'm looking forward to buying rental property income in the near future as well as increasing my knowledge and education in real estate.

I am an agent, I know this area well and I will not get the price I want to break even which is about 375k.

Is there any silver lining to this proposal or it would it truly in fact be a large blow to the real estate community?

Hello Jennifer,For Seller Financing, you would write your offer just like you would with 3rd party financing.I would think that Florida Real Estate Commission has a Seller Finance Addendum to add to your contract, on the addendum you would fill out the terms you are proposing. 

I am extremely interested in all things real estate but do not know how I want to pursue it after I graduate this year.
