If this platform does not promote agents who pay more money to the app then that is something potentially worth looking into, assuming the pairing is more than random or round robin, but I doubt it. 

Option 1 was the mortgage value, worst case the place burns to the ground I would get the money to pay back the mortgage. 

Stocks such as literally anything promoted on robinhood, never touch, literally never.

As a builder (built and closed 500+ homes), if you use "price per SF" as a metric you'll get burned.

You want two sets of contracts, both as lopsided as can be toward you.I understand that only a low percentage of these types of deals close, but I am interested in making a personal effort to promote each deal's closing.

And some of these threads are folks promoting the obvious because they don't realize that in many ways we're experiencing a bull market.I agree that finding truly motivated sellers is harder these days.
