Hi Mack, generally in our market for that product, there aren't fees for buyer's brokers and most people end up reaching out to listing brokers to try to get on their email blast list when they list something.

.- A rate-lock was provided on January 10th locking in the rate of 3.75%- Today (Janurary 21st) my mortgage lender called to tell me they had to re-run our credit and my girlfriends credit dropped to 679, one point below the minimum acceptable for the product we were offered.

There may also be some sort of production payment contract that comes along with it where the utility pays a certain amount for any electricity the system puts on the grid, so there could be some income from the system on top of that $1,000 in energy savings.
