CONTEXT-(30k in credit card debt, split between 4 cards, mostly in charged off status)(one vehicle loan that was charged off, is now caught up to current, not paid off, 50k original loan amount)(some card companies are contacting me trying to make a deal, so likely only have to pay 20k of debt off.

Is it because you makes lots of money and want to invest the money into a relatively secure asset that will appreciate, pays you dividend and provide tax benefit?

Without new companies moving into the city and creating replacement jobs, the only jobs left will be low-paying service sector jobs.

We require strong LL referrals and state this requires more than paying your rent on time.
