For those running short term rentals, how do you handle guests who misuse your property (like the author's film set situation)?

Anything you purchase now here in Columbus will absolutely appreciate like crazy in the next few years.

I am currently in contract with a relatively new single family home that looks like might produce some cash flow or at least break even the first year according to the property calculator. 

Here is where I stand and this is my question:Just like us all, my goal is to reach financial freedom.

So using a CRM program like that really helps automate processes.  

I have never had to sign something like this and I don't like being tied down to one realtor.

I am an owner of a restaurant franchise so I am able to provide a location to do the meetings.I am looking to provide value and would like to hear from your experience what would you love to get from a REIA.
