So... nothing disastrous happened.Although, I just noticed a further post on that thread that says "@Dion DePaoli has said perhaps the biggest risk is the lender selling packages of loans and this is caught in the due diligence of the sale."

It cracks me up some of the comments I get - and I think, "You just showed your own hand," LOL.Also remember that every brokerage offers a different package. i.e.

If you find some real estate attorneys that specialize in working with landlords they typically have packages of information like lease agreements and summaries of tenant/landlord laws.

I recently came across an awesome firm that even provides a "unlimited entity formation" package for RE investors if you pay an upfront fee (a few grand) and a modest monthly subscription.

So I'm looking to take a job that comes with a pretty kush relocation package.

The 26% federal investment tax credits where extended for two-years with the most recent stimulus package, so there is no longer a rush on that front.I find it really interesting the solar farms that are being installed in upstate NY. 

Financing package is huge and this usually does not enter into most people's calculus.If you will flip the SFR, then there is but 1 way - buy low, sell high.

Hands off :-)Appliance package:  I am turning a property (student daughter & roomies) but was not going to include their Frig & w/d.  

I'm a fan of the open software applications, just because they tend to be a lot more elegant than the commercial packages.
