I always say to go follow different people that offer STR masterminds/courses on social media, and whichever one clicks for you and has similar goals consider joining the group.

A little bit about myself, I have a full time W-2 job that pays pretty well on the blue collar side.

You'll typically see them partnered with traditional Self Storage - meaning those Facilities offering Storage Units for folks to store their household treasures AND on-site parking spaces for Boats, RV's, company trucks, etc. 

We just got offered a dream job that would move us out of state.

Owners mistakenly ASSUME all PMCs offer the exact SAME SERVICES and PERFORM those services EXACTLY THE SAME WAY, so price is the only differentiator – so, they often select the first PMC they call or that calls them back!

If their home is in good/decent condition AND they are in a position to sell for top dollar, your job as a wholesaler will be tough.

Progress is slow, because amongst all my properties it's the furthest away and between a full time job and landlording, I can only work on this property on weekends.I have completed re-framing, re-plumbing of drains and supply lines and new electrical rough ins, but property has no finished walls, ceilings, or flooring.
