Been on market for 162 days and price cut over 50% with 1 month on market since price cut and no interior photos.Almost certainly unlivable with non functioning utilities.Don't mean to come off as an a-hole but if you couldn't see the issues with this listing, or were about to jump on it before even seeing the inside then you have a lot to learn before jumping on a deal.

The reason it hasn't to this point is complex, and probably has a lot to do with the fact that the transactions are more complex than just numbers and laws, they involve people with different sets of interest and motives.

Does anyone have experience in raising and moving a house from one lot to another?

Prior to this, I was clear on my second go with a company that I could not bring a lot to close and is it possible to get funding on a project without coming out of pocket?
