Until all cards are paid off.Definitely put a little something on the car payments when you can to help pay those down.With the cars paid down and your credit card debt paid down you should be in pretty good shape.There is light at the end of the tunnel.

I went light on the vacancy rate (5%), and the usual 10% for CAPEX and 10% repairs (old building) and 10% PM, less the property tax, common utilities, and insurance.
