The First, Last and Security would solve a lot of the problems, but, with a $1000 a month for rent, that would mean that the prospective tenant has to have $3000 up front, plus the deposits for Light, Water, Cable and their Phone.

We did this only a couple of times, usually when a wife would ask for some minor items like extra outlets or upgraded lights and verbally assure us that the extra would be paid for later.

It makes absolutely no sense to spend $25k on something that's going to cost more to run.The Tesla I would do, the newer $35k model coming out, but only if I had enough PV to make it pencil.It is a real game changer when you don't need any more money and you're choosing where to put your energy coming from that frame of mind.

Beltline CEO position has had turnover recently so we're waiting to hear what, if any, new approaches there will be.Southside (connecting East & West) is 5 - 6 years from completion, but there's a good chance it will 'open' as a path without the big infrastructure investments that delayed the other two sections already opened.Probably the biggest piece of news unknown is whether light rail will be included for all of the Beltline.

A few other basic things are: check water pressure on sinks, light-switches work, heaters work, problems of mold in bathrooms, and mold/water damage around windows and door openings (especially windows if they are not vinyl).
