The house I am wanting to get is somewhat larger, 4 bed, 3 bath with estimated cost 330-350k.Savings wise, my situation isn’t the best. $10k liquid in the bank.

If you invested in the property with the intent  to increase profit get them all to market asap.    

You always want competition from a number of fish; not the only fish in the pond on the day you need a contract.This is not a state with high wage earners like NY/ CA/ DC, so even one additional line item can affect profit.

The rent is nice but I am not sure if it worth it for me any more since I am doing larger deals.
