Hi everyone, my name is Michael, I’m from NY, and I am just starting to study and learn more about real estate investing.

Steven,I am new to real estate investing as well, I am learning during my studies at the University of Cincinnati.

The Realtor said the earnest money would be returned if the appraisal doesn't come in high enough and a deal can't be made, but I wanted to get an idea if there is anything we should watch for or specific financing contingency language we should check for regarding the VA appraiser's required repairs.  

He did everything right, went after the right computer science degree, studied hard, got "a good job" in tech, tucked money right from the start into his 401K.

For those who have experience in this type of development, how do you advise running a feasibility study on this type of project?

I have been pumped about this idea and just want to take action after studying about this niche and my market for so long.
