We have six duplexes and all are side by side.Two of the duplexes have a shared wall of kitchen, laundry, bathroom.

New kitchen, bathrroom, roof, hot water heater, heating system and roof.

So when putting in money and time, want to know how can this kitchen be improved?

We do provide fire extinguishers in every kitchen and try to check them during our maintenance inspections.  

I recently came across the following deal and thought I would share with everyone here and get some feedbacks on it.Single Family with 3 bedroom - of which one is master with its own bathroom. other than that the house has another 1.5 bathroom, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, no garage, but a private driveway.

I really don’t want to deal with the township again.Also how much value will it add to the property if I can put an extra bathroom and kitchen?

Thought some opinions might help :) Currently there is a light oak in kitchen that needs to come up.

And its a 2 year Lease.I know the kitchen needs major updating (as its the original from the home).
