When I first met with the task force inspectors (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, porch etc) I listened all their demands, then I fixed everything that was mentioned (new porch, new roof, new windows, new pipes etc) and invited them back.

But maybe next time, it would be a good idea to sent out the invite to a subset of users instead of posting it to the entire site.

The rest of the members that paid other cheaper programs are not really given visibility in the group or invited to events that really bring value to their education.

I have a 3 bed 1 bath 1200 sq' SFH with full basement.Basement is okay as basements go, but isn't pretty or inviting...Washer and dryer are in the basement.Home is on a septic system.I'm considering converting the smallest bedroom to a laundry room/folding room/extra clothing storage.
