The key is to find good investments (not scams) that don't require your direct involvement to be successful (other than certain managerial or decision-making input).

This meeting will be a lot like the last where participants ask questions and anyone can provide input.

I’m not sure if I’m just not running my numbers correctly, looking at enough houses, or if it’s just the tough market… I’d love some input on my thoughts/connect with folks in a similar situation or with more experience.One of the main challenges I’m having is identifying how much a rehab would probably cost me to figure out if I could successfully BRRR.

Looking for any input on financial institutions supportive and competitive with cash out refi's, banks/financial institutions easy to do business with on bank account side, business credit cards that provide the best "perks", financial institutions that provide lines of credit for a property management company and best app / software to help track and organize revenue / expenses.

However having done a few of these by now, I can offer my input based on my experience managing 4 syndications and 2 funds.
