Any advice for what benefits a wholesaler can offer an agent to make the relationship mutually beneficial?

I am starting to see the benefit of waiting it out more and more.

Now my kids are grown, I am in the industry, and I want to get serious about it.My goals for this group are to network with like minded individuals, develop some great relationships, offer my services as a property manager and realtor to those who would benefit from my services, and hopefully find someone who would be willing to be a mentor someone like me in a mutually beneficial relationship.I look forward to the opportunity to plug into the knowledge and support of this community! 

The can possibly be done in a way that will benefit you, but talk to a tax adviser experience in real estate. 

I'd much rather work the debts angle however I'll take the benefits received by possession if the numbers and risk looks right.K.

The way the VA allows us to buy properties is a huge benefit and I'm surprised more vets don't utilize their benefit as effectively as they should.
